Shipping Information: I ship several times a week. If you special requests like needing your items sooner, contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org Also please leave a note in the "notes section" of your order as well. I ship with UPS or USPS if you are international please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. (Some items are on back order and will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive.) Delivery of "Pre-Sale" items can take longer. Email me at email@example.com with any questions.
Shipping Costs and handling:

* Outside the USA – varies depending on weight and location.
Shipping Methods and Tracking Information: All of the items are shipped through UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Customers will receive a tracking number update via email when the orders are shipped, and may view their order and tracking status at any time by clicking the order confirmation link emailed to them. International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that their country may impose on the items.
Return, and Cancellation Policy: BernieDexter.com honors exchange only on items returned in the original plastic bag within 7 days of delivery date of package. Please email customer service. firstname.lastname@example.org
if you wish to exchange an item. A 15% restocking fee & shipping fee will be figured out at the time you email your exchange request.
Sale items: Sale items are only discounted because they come in a limited variety of sizes or have been discontinued. All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Email us at email@example.com with any questions.
discount codes: Are not honored if you do not enter the code. We also do not back refund money for codes on past purchases.
